Eric – Stroke sufferer Eric, was unable to speak at one point in his life, but he was so inspired by a Wren ‘Make Music’ session with the Stroke Association in Bideford that he went out and bought a guitar himself to song and play. He now has a growing repertoire and performs regularly at events.
Abby –a school dropout and attendee at the Pupil Referral Unit North Devon, Abby through Wren’s work became a teaching assistant in a local special school and eventually became a teacher.
Jill – “Singing with Wren has changed my life. I’m aged 70 and a lifetime activist in the folk scene, soI thought there was not a lot left for me, but joining voices in Common has given me a whole new lease of life.”
